United Prairie Bank Integrated Business Experience

Gain a deeper understanding of the intricacies of business by participating in the Integrated Business Experience. You'll take what you're learning in the classroom and apply it to running an actual business.

Critical Thought & Skills Program

Tailored for upper-class students, CTS equips you with essential soft skills through hands-on learning, enhancing your critical thinking and communication, and providing a badge credential to boost your job market readiness and career success.

Big Ideas Challenge

The Big Ideas Challenge is a new venture competition that encourages and celebrates students' innovative business ideas.

Henze Ag Innovators Leadership Development Program

The Henze Ag Innovators program is a select group of Minnesota State University, Mankato students interested in exploring agribusiness and food careers as well as developing leadership skills. The program is both fall and spring semesters.

Be a part of the MSIF Management Team in charge of investing over $860,000 for the University Foundation.

Richard Schmitz Food Entrepreneurship Lecture Series

Creates scholarships and supports an annual lecture by food entrepreneurship experts. This includes executives within a broad range of food processing, retailing and wholesaling industries.

Graduation Speaker

One graduating College of Business student will be chosen to deliver a brief inspirational speech at the University commencement.

College of Business Student Executive Team

The Student Executive Team (SET) is a group of driven individuals who demonstrate a strong Maverick Mindset and help create COB events and networking opportunities for students to attend.

Business Learning Communities

Learning Communities are for students who have something in common and they take courses together on campus. Each group also has an upper-class peer mentor that helps the group learn about campus and provides support for you to be successful socially and academically.
