Beta Alpha Psi
Founded in 1919, Beta Alpha Psi is an honor organization for financial information students and professionals. The purpose is to recognize outstanding academic achievements in the fields of accounting, finance and information systems; to promote the study and practice of these fields; to provide opportunities for self-development and association among members and practicing professionals; and to encourage a sense of ethical, social and public responsibilities. Beta Alpha Psi co-hosted Meet the Firms with the College of Business and Accounting Club, as well as the pilot student leaders for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, gaining members real-world learning experience in the field of accounting.
Requirements to join
- Major in accounting, finance or information technology
