Henze Student Executive Team (SET)
The College of Business (COB) Henze Student Executive Team (SET) is a group of driven business students who demonstrate a strong Maverick Mindset while representing and supporting the College of Business and its students.
The COB Henze SET program exists to develop business leaders who are confident communicators, strong relationship-builders and people of passion and purpose, wherever their career takes them. The program's continued success is made possible in part by the vision and generosity of its founders, Daryl and Karyl Henze.
While working closely with students, faculty and College leadership to advocate for positive change, SET members also promote engagement through COB-offered programs to both current and prospective students. Through weekly team meetings, members brainstorm areas for improvement within the COB, plan signature events and develop their own leadership skills.

Signature Events
The Henze Student Executive Team plans and leads several signature College of Business events each year, creating opportunities for student engagement, professional development, and leadership growth. Signature events include:
- COB Welcome Event
- Leadership Summit
- Mock Interviews
- Entrepreneurs of the Future
- SET Banquet
- Senior Advice Event
SET members also facilitate meetings of the Council of Student Business Organizations (COSBO), helping strengthen collaboration and communication across student organizations.
