Thank you to Daryl (‘65 Accounting) and Karyl Henze for their generous support of the COB Henze Student Executive Team and the Henze Ag Innovators program (2019 – 2025). Their contribution to student leadership and ag education elevates real-world learning across the College of Business.

The Henze Ag Innovators program was built around experiential leadership: field trips, legislator meetings, industry networking, and real-world exposure. SET has been built around student engagement, event leadership, and representing the College with poise. By bringing these two programs together, the College of Business is combining two of its signature high-impact learning experiences into one, creating a true flagship leadership cohort, the premier student leadership identity in the College.
