The Mankato Student Chapter of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) was established in 2020 with the goal of serving minority and underrepresented students planning to enter the areas of Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, and other business-related fields. Despite being a young chapter, we have provided members with opportunities to develop their professional network with other business professionals and with Minnesota businesses. We also provide members with an opportunity to serve our community while building their career readiness. The NABA motto, “Lifting As We Climb”, captures our mission and our willingness to support anyone who desires to help lift others as we all climb.
