Entrepreneurs of the Future

Regional high schools students will be on campus participating in the annual Entrepreneurs of the Future event hosted by the College of Business Student Executive Team. This event features a simulation activity that has students collaborate in teams to build a marketing plan from scratch. Each group will be assigned a product, target market, and celebrity endorsement, and it will be up to them to develop a name, slogan, and pitch to present to their peers. Teams receive feedback and the best pitches win prizes! In addition to this hands-on experience, participants will enjoy a campus tour, brief admissions presentation, and a pizza lunch. This is a fantastic opportunity for students to develop their creativity, teamwork, and entrepreneurial skills while gaining exposure to the university environment and talking with current business students.
