  • What are the fees for the event?
    • $350 for Meet the Firms
      • This covers fees for your booth, lunch, and snacks provided throughout the event.

 

  • Will I receive confirmation if I am registered for the event?
    • You should receive a confirmation that you are registered for your event. Please check both your inbox and junk mail to ensure you have received this confirmation. If you run into any issues, please contact us at cobinternships@mnsu.edu.

 

  • Will I receive a receipt for the event?
    • After you input your payment information, you will be provided the option to print your receipt. If you run into any issues, please contact us at cobinternships@mnsu.edu.

 

  • How many recruiters can come to Meet the Firms?
    • Up to 3 recruiters may attend Meet the Firms. If you would like to receive information for registration and pricing for additional attendees, please contact us at cobinternships@mnsu.edu.

 

  • Can my organization help with preparation events (such as resume prep, interview practice, etc.)?

 

  • How early can I register for the event?
    • Registration will open as early as April.
    • Space is limited so we encourage you to register for the event or reach out to us with questions ASAP at cobinternships@mnsu.edu.

 

  • Which organizations can attend the event?
    • Public accounting firms, private industry, non-profit sectors, and government agencies looking to hire or employ accounting students are encouraged to attend the event.

 

  • How early can I check in at my booth?
    • Your organization may arrive as early as 11:00am to check in and set up your booth.
  • Is lunch provided?
    • Lunch is provided.

 

  • Are there vegetarian options?
    • There will be vegetarian options for those with dietary restrictions. Please ensure dietary restriction information for attendees is provided to us in the registration form.

 

  • Can I host on-site interviews for candidates I meet at Meet the Firms?

 

  • Is there a deadline to register for the event?
    • Spaces will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Due to the limited amount of spaces, we encourage you to register as soon as possible. If you have any questions on the availability of spaces, please contact us at cobinternships@mnsu.edu.

 

  • What should we bring to Meet the Firms?
    • Tables are 30x72. Please bring the appropriate amount of table cloths (if needed)
    • Business cards
    • Company branding materials
    • Recruitment banners (if needed)
