In order to graduate with a BBA degree you will need a total of 120 credits. The MavBiz Online program is the second 60 credits following completion of an equivalent Associate of Science Degree in Business for the first sixty credits.read more read less
If you graduated from a MinnState System two-year institution, many of your courses will apply from the Transfer Pathways course sequence.
The course schedule sequence of one five-week course at a time (e.g. three fall semester, three spring semester, and two summer session) is available for you to review.

No, all online students taking classes offered entirely online will not need to come to campus unless by choice.
Online students have full access to all of the campus offerings for activities, student clubs, library services, etc. There is a $25 fee to complete the online orientation. Click here for the orientation link.read more read less
Once your online orientation is complete, you will be registered for all classes by the College of Business MavBiz Online team. There is no need for you to register individually since the cohort will be registered together.
A few weeks before the start of the next BBA degree cohort, a live synchronous program orientation invitation will be sent to you. If you are not able to attend to learn about the specifics of the MavBiz Online BBA program, there will be a recording provided.
It is possible that if you have prior general education course requirements fulfilled, you may not be required to take the summer classes. The course sequence is required for each cohort to follow, primarily to fulfill the pre-requisite requirements.read more read less
It is always an option that you can speak with your advisor about taking an occasional semester length course, in addition to the MavBiz Online five week course. Please keep in mind that 300 and 400 level courses will have rigor that requires commitment and focus.

Your time spent will be based on your study skills, prior knowledge, and how quickly you are able to master the course material.
This is a mastery-based program so as soon as you demonstrate mastery at 70 percent or higher for an activity, you can move to the next course module.read more read less
If your score is below 70 percent, you will be directed to alternative material and activities to complete until you reach 70 percent. You must maintain a 2.0 GPA to remain in good academic standing to register for classes.
