All COB students can extend their warranties on laptop by writing email to
Derek Mason directly at Derek_C_Mason@dell.com or calling at 877-671-3355 Ext. 7288805.
Students have 30 days to extend the warranty after expiration.
If they try to extend it after the 30 days they will need to get a price quote from Dell.
This warranty would cover for failure but NOT accidental things like spilling something on the machine or running it over with a car!
