All COB students can extend their warranties on laptop by writing email to
Jason Behr directly at jason_behr@dell.com or calling at 800-274-7799 Ext. 37306.
Next Day Parts & Service: $169.00 for 1 year, or $249.00 for 2 years.
Complete Care: $74.00 per year.
Students have 30 days to extend the warranty after expiration.
If they try to extend it after the 30 days it will be another $35.00 added to the price.
This warranty would cover for failure but NOT accidental things like spilling something on the machine,
dropping it and cracking something or running it over with a car!
