You came to the right place! Our Pre-MAcc Pathway is the fastest way to enter the accounting profession while meeting requirements for CPA licensure. You will take five courses that provide the foundation for entry into the MAcc program.
"I entered the MAcc program because I felt that it would better prepare me for the CPA exam as opposed to getting a second major. Following my undergraduate courses, I was primarily interested in working as an auditor. However, the MAcc program offered courses that sparked my interest in tax accounting. Following graduation from the program, I interviewed at Big 4 firms for both tax and audit positions. I ended up accepting an offer for a tax position thanks to the experiences I received from the MAcc program."

Application & Program Requirements
Admission to the MAcc Program is competitive. An undergraduate degree is required for admittance; undergraduates in their senior year can apply for admission but would not be able to take MAcc courses until their degree is conferred.

Our courses have been designed to correlate to each of the four parts of the CPA exam - financial accounting and reporting, auditing and attestation, business environment and concepts, and regulations - and to address the leadership and communication skills firms seek.
