Heather Ludwig graduated from Minnesota State Mankato in the late 1980s, but she hasn't left the University behind. Now a human resources leader with GMAC-RFC, she continues to look out for the interests of those who hope to follow in her footsteps.
After growing up near Rochester, Heather came to Mankato where she studied toward three majors-management, industrial relations, and urban studies-and got involved in campus life, serving as president of the Human Resources Club. She went on to get a master's degree in human resources from the University of Minnesota. Then she began a career that included work with Dow Chemical, Midwest Electric Products (a GE subsidiary), and HealthPartners before she joined GMAC-RFC, where she's Learning and Development Manager.
