The Minnesota State University, Mankato Accounting Program is recognized for its excellence throughout Minnesota and the United States. Graduates of the Accounting Program consistently exceed the national average of first-time pass rate on the uniform CPA examination.
The accounting major is a professional program designed to prepare the student for work in one or more of three areas: public, industrial or governmental not for profit accounting. The department also offers minors in Accounting, Business Law and Business Administration.
